The OBP 1.5L Alloy Header Tank is designed to remove unwanted air from your vehicle’s cooling system, improving circulation and overall cooling efficiency. By maintaining consistent coolant flow, this expansion tank helps prevent overheating and ensures reliable performance in both motorsport and high-performance road applications.
Manufactured from 1050-grade, 2mm aluminium, each tank is hand-welded for strength and durability, then rigorously leak-tested as part of obp Motorsport’s strict quality control process. A CNC-machined radiator neck accepts standard-size radiator caps, while the integrated mounting bracket allows for simple and secure installation.
